This section allows administrators to configure and manage all email accounts used by the system for sending outgoing emails such as alerts, notifications, and status updates.
Overview
The Email Account module provides a centralized configuration area for all system-managed email accounts.
It allows administrators to define the credentials and server settings for each email account used in various parts of the application β including Project notifications, User communication, and System alerts.
Multiple email accounts can be created for different purposes (for example, [email protected] for helpdesk, [email protected] for system notifications, etc.).
Each account includes server configuration details (SMTP settings), authentication credentials, and optional project-level mapping.
