This section allows administrators or project managers to create, manage, and track sprints — defined time periods where a set of backlog items are planned, developed, and delivered.

⚙️ Note: The Board is currently under development and will be introduced in a future release.

It represents a Kanban-style visualization of the Backlog, allowing users to interact with tasks through drag-and-drop workflows.

Overview

The Board module will provide an interactive Kanban interface for managing project backlogs visually.

It will help users track work progress across different workflow stages (e.g., New, In Progress, Resolved, Closed) using movable cards instead of table rows.

The board view will enhance clarity, make status transitions faster, and provide real-time insight into work distribution and progress.

Details / Purpose (Planned)

The purpose of the Board module is to complement the Backlog List View by offering a visual workflow perspective.

While the Backlog List focuses on data depth and filters, the Board will focus on usability, clarity, and team collaboration.

This module will help teams:

• View tasks grouped by status in column-based layouts

• Drag and drop backlog cards to change status

• Quickly identify task bottlenecks or overloaded stages

• Visualize progress at sprint or project level

• Filter cards by sprint, assignee, severity, or task type

Card Details View	Clicking a card opens a side panel with full backlog information and activity log.
Real-Time Sync	Board updates instantly when any team member modifies a backlog.
Sprint Filter	Option to show board view filtered by active sprint.
Assignee Filter	Show cards assigned to specific team members.
Search & Tag Filters	Quick search and tag-based card filtering.
Group by Status / Assignee / Severity	Future feature to switch board layout grouping dynamically.
