Overview

The Custom Fields section allows administrators to add additional, project-specific data fields to capture unique information that may not be part of the standard project form. These fields help tailor the project data structure based on specific client or project needs.

Available Field Properties

Label

The display name of the field shown to users.

Resource Key

A unique identifier used internally for localization.

Type

Determines the kind of input field (Text Box, Dropdown, Checkbox, or Radio).

Column Width (1–12)

Sets the width of the field in the layout grid.

Placement

Defines where the field will appear: Main Section or Status Section.

Dropdown Options (CSV)

Used when the field type is Dropdown — allows specifying options in comma-separated format.

Mandatory

Checkbox to mark the field as required before submission.

⚠️ Note: Custom fields added under a project are restricted to that specific project only. They do not apply globally to other projects and are meant for project-specific data collection.
